Diet semolina patties
Diet semolina cutlets, baked in the oven without oil, only with an egg. The cutlets were served homemade berry jelly made from frozen berries. Useful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Berry

    2 Tbsp

  • Jelly

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Cook a very thick porridge. Porridge is best to cook in advance so it is well cooled. Put the milk, sugar and salt. This is a good choice. I'm not really a sweet porridge cooked tons of burgers will be watered jelly.
