Roll with falafel
The recipe for those rolls I saw Jamie Oliver in "Cook for 15 minutes." And the recipe is really fast, but on the condition that the chickpeas pre-cooked or in the presence of a canned. It's filling vegetarian dish, quick cooking. And what it is: homemade salsa, peppers grilled, crispy radishes, and of course falafel! Come and visit us, Cooks, will try!

  • Chickpeas

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Pepper

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Pellet

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cook falafel. Put in a bowl, combine the chickpeas and beans, add a clove of garlic and herbs.

Grind a lot, stop the processor, add flour, juice and lemon zest, soy sauce, and again all grind. It turns out not quite homogeneous mass. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir again. Put the stuffing for the falafel in a bowl and allow to stand at room t, while doing salsa and pepper.

Prepare salsa.

Very finely chop tomatoes, chilli and herbs, garlic RUB on a small grater, add the soy sauce. Stir and put the salsa in the refrigerator to infuse.

Heat until hot the grill pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Bulgarian pepper remove the stem, seeds and partitions. The pulp coarsely chop and fry in a grill pan until the appearance of the characteristic bands.

Of previously cooked minced meat will stormoen falafel.

In a frying pan (not grill!) heat the oil and fry the falafel on all sides until Golden brown.

All the components ready, it's time to serve the dish. Heat tortillas on a dry pan. On each tortilla spread falafel (several pieces), a generous portion of salsa and thin slices of radish. Collapsible roll and serve immediately.
