Fish cakes
Fish cakes of freshwater fish with the addition of fat. Tender and tasty. Great to make those quick burgers homemade meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Took river fish with white meat. Made her fillet.

Shredded fish fillet with lard in a blender, cut in small pieces. Added onions, salt and pepper, put the egg. Soak bread in milk and added to the mince.

Formed the patties and rolled them in breadcrumbs. Turned out 6 pieces of meatballs.
