Buckwheat with crispy onions and bacon
Highlight normal normal buckwheat gives extremely crispy onions and bacon. As a side dish, or as a separate dish - this is a good mess!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    200 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Buckwheat boil until tender, then allow the water to drain and add the butter.
