Cooking
Buckwheat boil until tender, then allow the water to drain and add the butter.
For this dish I took buckwheat bags TM Mistral.
Lay out on a paper towel.
Flour mixed with salt, mix well. Roll in flour, chopped onion.
In the pan where you fried the bacon, add the butter. Fry the onion until crisp.
Lay out on a paper towel.
Ready buckwheat serving add butter, crispy onions and fried bacon. Bon appetit!
