Cooking
Prepare the products.
Boil until cooked rice. I used a basmati rice mix bags TM "Mistral".
Young zucchini wash water. Cut each zucchini into 2 parts.

Put in a Cup of boiled rice, minced meat, chopped fresh herbs (half cooked), egg, salt and spices (to taste).
Stir. The stuffing is ready.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil.
Spread in the form of "boats" of zucchini.
Fill the "boats" with the prepared stuffing.
In a Cup put diced tomatoes, remaining chopped herbs, sour cream and salt.
Stir. The sauce is ready.
Pour cooked sauce over the courgettes.
Put the form with the zucchini in the preheated oven.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
