Ingredients

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

The meat I used stewed. The little I thought of it at all, so I decided to make these pancakes. It turned out great. And all ate! Meat, I finely sliced. Salt did not, as my stew was quite salty. Added the mayonnaise.

There also hammered eggs, added chopped onion, chopped garlic and herbs.

Pour semolina. I used semolina from "Mistral".

All is well mixed. "Batter" for pancakes are almost ready.

Covered with foil and left on the table for 10 minutes. During this time, a little semolina swelled.

Fried pancakes for sunflower oil. Laid out the "dough" into the pan with a spoon. I have pickled onions (water+vinegar+as inoe oil+pinch of sugar).
