Cooking
I had fillet hip turkeys. Wash the meat and peel the carrots. Crank grinder meat and carrots. If You have a ready ground meat, you can grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Carefully knead the meat. To allow to stand. I roasted the next day, we sent the beef to the refrigerator.
Boil the rice. Cool. To peel onions. To prepare the cheese and remove from refrigerator stuffing.
In convenient container to put the stuffing, add the rice, grate the cheese and finely chop the onion.
Knead and beats the stuffing.
For sculpting chops, I usually wear disposable gloves and grease your hands with olive oil. It is very convenient. Lepim patties. I got 13 meatballs of medium size. Include warming up the oven to 200*.
Coat patties in breadcrumbs. I decided to add in the breadcrumbs a little dill-garlic butter. The crackers turned out very flavorful. Brush with olive oil a baking dish.
Put the molds or the baking sheet with meatballs into preheated oven for 1 hour. After 20 minutes I reduced the oven temperature to 180* and in the last 10 minutes turn on the ventilated oven, to produce a beautiful crust.
