The whole grain bread with potatoes
This bread hard crust and tender crumb with a slight flavor of pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Could probably bake it in the bread maker, but I love to mess around with the dough) the Recipe comes from "Jamie"

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    350 g

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking
