Bread from flax flour
Bread from oat and flax flour suitable as a healthy dessert and snack. For a sweet option, you can add for a change in the dough, pear, or any nuts, and savory option is ideal for carrots, onions, herbs - in General, a good choice.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Flour flax

    40 g

  • Apple

    120 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Stevia

    0.5 pack

  • Water

    150 ml

Cooking

Beat 1 whole egg and 1 egg white with the salt in the foam.

Add cinnamon, milled into flour, rolled oats (or oatmeal), grated on a fine grater Apple and stevia (or honey). Stir until smooth.

Add the flax flour, again knead well.

Pour 150 ml of boiling water and stir again. The dough will be thick and similar to a very thick pudding.

Put the dough on a baking sheet in a thin layer. I have a form with non-stick coating so no oil and baking paper are not veiled.

Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. The finished cake let cool slightly.

Cut the cooled cake into slices and dry them in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Bread can be stored wrapped in paper in a dry place.
