Pie with chanterelles and potatoes
The recipe is simple pie with mushrooms, potatoes and egg.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

    140 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Mushrooms

    175 g

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

In warm water dissolve yeast, add sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, baking powder, flour. Knead the dough, put in the fridge for 40-60 minutes. the Finished dough is rolled into two tortillas, stacked in between the stuffing, allow to stand for ten minutes, grease the top with egg and put in hot oven, preheated to 180*C, for 40 min.
