Cancelloni stuffed with meat stew with beans
Hearty, delicious dish of large shells stuffed with meat sauce with ground beef and white beans!

Ingredients

  • Conchiglie

    250 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato sauce

    400 g

  • Parsley

    1 handful

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Mozzarella

    1 piece

Cooking

Onions, carrots, celery cut into cubes.

Saute vegetables in olive oil.

Add the beef, mash with a spatula, saute, add salt, add spices and Bay leaf.

Pour tomato sauce (I home ), bring to boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for one hour.

Soak the beans overnight, boil until tender, drain the water.

Add the beans to the stew and mix. Sprinkle with parsley.

Shells to boil for one minute less than indicated on the package until al dente. Drain in a colander.

Stuff shells meat stews. Mozzarella finely chopped. Put shells in a refractory form, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 230 degrees for 10-15 minutes to melt cheese.
