Apricots wash, remove the seeds, separating them into halves. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and leave for a couple of hours. It is best to leave them overnight in the refrigerator.
During the night the sugar has dissolved, now you can put jam on to cook. Put in jam a stick of cinnamon. And there also grate the zest from half of a lemon.
Cook jam over high heat until it boils. Then add the juice of half a lemon and turn heat down to small.
Jam cook for 50 minutes until thick. But don't expect that it will be too thick. Then pour in sterilized jars and tighten lids.
