Cooking
Prepare the products.
Measure out the required amount of peas. Wash it.
Cook the peas until tender, adding 1 Cup of water. Salt. Potatoes clean and cook until tender. Mash the potatoes, pre-drain the water in which it is cooked.
In forcemeat add the egg and chopped onion. Salt, pepper. Mix well.
In a Cup put mashed to mashed potatoes, add pea puree and 1/4 Cup of breadcrumbs. Mix well.
On working surface of rolling out the plastic wrap. On it we spread a pea-potato mixture, spread with hands to form the shape of a rectangle. On top put the minced meat and level. Lifting the edges of cling film, turn the roll.
Roll sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 150-170 degrees.
Take out the loaf from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.
