Pumpkin stuffed with millet
Pumpkin stuffed with millet and garnish, and decoration of the table, and incredibly delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    2 piece

  • Millet

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Basil

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.25 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients. Cook millet (on the water) and cool. Cheese and carrots to grate on a coarse grater. Onions and tomatoes cut into small cubes.

In skillet, heat olive oil, fry the onion, add the carrots and tomatoes. Saute for 10-15 minutes.

Pumpkin cut in half, remove seeds. And take out the pulp, so that the wall thickness was approximately the same throughout its length.

The removed flesh finely chop and add to vegetables. Also add the millet and seasonings, saute for another 10 minutes. Add about 2/3 of the cheese and mix well.

Put the stuffing in the pumpkin. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 60 minutes (until the pumpkin is soft). 10 minutes before readiness sprinkle with remaining cheese.
