Cooking
Tomatoes peel, cut into slices and remove the seeds. Grind in a food processor. Soak the gelatin in water.
To the tomatoes add the cream and juice from half a lemon and whisk again.
In a separate saucepan mix the spicy tomato sauce, a couple tablespoons of butter mass, sugar and a little salt. Warm the mass (50-60 gr.), remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir to dissolve the latter. As soon as the "disperse" the gelatin, the mixture is sent back to the common tomato-a creamy mass. Carefully and quickly stir.
Mass pour into molds and put into the refrigerator (on a bit in the freezer) until fully cured. Very convenient to do it the night before, the morning will only have to fry the omelet)))
Take 250 ml milk and add juice from second half of lemon. Set aside for 10 minutes to side.
Pour it into a separate bowl and add remaining ingredients: flour, milk, lemon juice,1 tsp salt, milk, egg yolks. Carefully mix everything.
Add chopped chicken (sausage, meat) and greens. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Pan grease with vegetable oil and pour half of the batter. Fry both sides on low heat under a lid (to have time to prepare). Similarly prepare a second "pancake".
Torn them to pieces (optional), mix with the beans and send it back into the pan. Warmed over high heat for a few minutes.
