Pork ribs in the oven
Very tasty ribs in a thick sauce, especially good in cold weather, but even now, when we began the Indian summer, fly with a Bang!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Prepare the necessary products. I got this time was very cold ribs.

Prepare the marinade - 1/4 onion cut into rings (or as You like), garlic skip through the press. Apple peel, grate on a fine grater. Put everything in a pot (I take from the one that will put it in the oven), add salt, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, a little freshly ground pepper and stir.

Spread the meat in the marinade and mix well. Marinate at least an hour, preferably overnight.

The oven pre-heated to 180 degrees, cover the pan with a lid and sent for an hour in the oven. So pork will look like after 1 hour.

Increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake without a cover. I was kept in the oven for another 30 minutes, the longer, the darker the crust and thicker sauce - adjust to your liking.
