Description
Skewers marinated in peach yogurt. Cooked it in the oven under the grill. The meat was very tender, soft and flavorful. Simple recipe and easy to prepare. If the kebabs will have children, then hot peppers to substitute for the ground sweet.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Put in a container, sprinkled with salt and mix with your hands. Put in the fridge. Two hours later the fillets were taken out of the fridge and filled it with peach yogurt. Poured Cayenne pepper and didn't add a big piece of red hot peppers. It was evening... Removed the chicken overnight in the refrigerator to marinate.
Fillet pieces are strung on four wooden skewers.
Skewers on both sides was covered with foil so as not burned in the oven. Put the skewers on the edges of a square metal mold. Form with the barbecue placed in the oven under the grill on a medium level. From time to time opened the oven and poured the barbecue marinade, to not burnt and not dry. After about 30 minutes the meat is flushed. ( The time listed in the recipe without marinating. )
On a large plate spread out the garlic. Skewers removed from the skewers and put it in the center of the plate.
The meat is soft and fragrant.
Kebabs with herbs and vegetables is very tasty!
With soy sauce skewers was even better. Once we tasted the sauce Kikkoman for the first time, another sauce but no more.
