Fish pilaf
Of course it's not a traditional risotto, but what you call this dish in our family. Hope useful recipe when you need to feed the family and do not want to dirty a lot of dishes.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    4 piece

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Spices

Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

To the onions add rice Italica TM Mistral.

Fry the rice for a few minutes, stirring constantly.

Pollock fillets cut into large pieces, season with salt and pepper. Spread on the rice.

Pour enough water, a little salt and sprinkle with turmeric. Close the lid and cook on a slow fire. When all the liquid has evaporated - stir on and off.
