Banana pancakes with banana cream
Well, as without pancake. I certainly have a proven recipe, but sometimes a variety of other recipes, and this one we really liked, so I want to share. In the original recipe consisted of another egg, but due to the fact that it consists of a banana, without him.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

  • Flour

  • Yeast

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Banana

  • Lemon juice

  • Cinnamon

  • Banana

  • Honey

    1 tsp

For the cream, slice the banana and put in the freezer for at least 1 hour minimum. The yeast with 1/2 tsp sugar pour 2 tbsp of warm water, cover and leave in a warm place

Banana mash with a fork or grate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add to the dough coming up the yeast, cinnamon, and banana. Stir, cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes

The dough does NOT mix Fry on both sides in hot pan with oil.

Cream frozen banana whipped with honey. (by the way if flows it again to put in the freezer for 30 minutes will be a great alternative to ice cream)

Hot pancakes to serve with cold cream. Nice pancake appetite
