Cooking
Spinach is thawed, add a couple tablespoons of milk and whisk immersion blender.
Whip the eggs separately.
Add the eggs, milk and salt.
Mix the milk and egg mixture with spinach.
Separately mix the flour and dry yeast SAF-moment.
Pour in the total weight and mix well so no lumps.
Bake the pancakes, pre-oiling the pan with oil.
To prepare the filling, grind the meat. Separately fry onions until transparent, add the tomato paste and stew for 1 minute. Mix it all together.
To RUB in the cheese filling and add spices. I had a mixture of paprika, chili, coriander. Season with salt to taste.
Lay the pancakes side by side, and filling along the edge.
Roll curl and put in a baking pan. I have it oiled. The top can also be lubricated slightly with oil. Put into the oven 180C for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
