Cooking
In water to dissolve soy sauce (optional) and honey.
Nuts grind. But not into flour.
Mix fruit puree with vegetable oil. I used applesauce and liquid coconut oil.
Combine all the dry ingredients: sifted wheat and oat flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, ground almonds, baking powder, soda and cinnamon, add a pinch of salt.
For the test I use vanilla sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon TM".Oetcker".
Quickly mix together the dry and liquid ingredients. Long not to interfere. It is only necessary that they are connected.
To shift the dough in the prepared pan, on top lay the sliced pear. Bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees until ready: a dry splinter. Be guided by your oven.
Ready pie to cool, then release from mold.
Decorate to possibilities and imagination. I used powdered sugar with vanilla flavor TM".Oetcker". To prepare glaze, simply combine the powder with water (2-3 tbsp) and stir until smooth. And you can just sprinkle a powder without making the glaze.
