Cooking
Zucchini cut into cubes.
Bow too. Put on to cook the egg.
Onions fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Add the zucchini to the onions and fry together. While not salt, otherwise the zucchini will give a lot of juice.
While fried zucchini, prepare sauce. It can be prepared from fresh or canned in own juice tomatoes. Fresh tomatoes are still expensive, canned I had, and I made sauce from tomato paste (as was actually suggested in the original recipe). Tomato paste diluted with water, potseluem, dobavlen 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp vegetable oil (preferably olive)
Mix well, add 1 tsp dry oregano and Basil.
Cook the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and garlic. The sauce is ready. Then you need to try and adjust the taste with salt, sugar and lemon juice.
Meanwhile the courgettes are ready. Podsalivaya them and pepper to taste.
Add the sauce to the zucchini.
The egg is already cooked too.
Foil to form a shape the size of the average pan.
The form must be of a size that zucchini in it lay a layer of about 1-1,5 see
Spread on top chopped egg. Then do the retreat. In my opinion, one egg will be enough. But I have at the time it was one in the fridge, and the original recipe featured one. Next time I'll put two we are!
Further protrusive grated on a fine grater cheese. And put into the oven for 10 minutes.
The finished dish protrusive chopped greens. I have dill, cilantro and Basil.
Spread on a plate, interrupts the bumpers.
And enjoy flavored zucchini! By the way, the caloric value of these zucchini approximately 80-85 Kcal per 100 grams. Bon appetit!
