Zucchini Italian
Continue to spread the new, I have found recipes made of zucchini which is excellent variety to the menu. Recipe found in the newspaper and then prepared. It tastes good, but one comment to the recipe I have and I write about it.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    75 ml

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Tomato paste diluted with water, potseluem, dobavlen 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp vegetable oil (preferably olive)

Mix well, add 1 tsp dry oregano and Basil.

Cook the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add lemon juice and garlic. The sauce is ready. Then you need to try and adjust the taste with salt, sugar and lemon juice.

Meanwhile the courgettes are ready. Podsalivaya them and pepper to taste.

Add the sauce to the zucchini.
