Banana cake has a dense structure, which blends perfectly with the crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    60 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Cinnamon
