Beef stew with potatoes
Gave me znachitstsa, very required a pressure cooker. But, like any girl that want that I wanted her, but what to do with it..? :-) In General, anything original stew came up. It was very tasty. Sure in a regular pot or a slow cooker, too, will be Very! Meat tagooooo soft! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The meat is cut into cubes.

Parsley finely chop.

We cut the onions. We don't like big. I have this magical thing: 5 seconds large onion without effort and tears! Highly recommend!

The butter melts. I added a little extra olive oil.

Put the beef and fry.

Add the onions, sprinkle with flour, stir.

Add parsley, cream, Bay leaf, cloves, garlic through a press, salt-pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes until ready meat. If You are cooking in a regular pot-focus on the meat.

Open and add the potatoes, diced. Close and simmer for another 8 minutes. In a pressure cooker this time is sufficient.

Serve with sour cream and greens.

    отлично получилось. добавил пол чайной ложки Зиры и немного тмина. гвоздику и лаврушку не клал. вместо сливок зашла густая сметана.
