Description

Rice pilau
Delicious, simple, almost dieting. Spice to the rice in this dish adds a mixture of spices (cardamom, cinnamon, Bay leaf, star anise), as well as raisins and nuts.

Ingredients

  • Cardamom

  • Bay leaf

  • Chili

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

In a pan heat oil, throw spices.

After a few minutes add the rice, stir, fry.

Pour the broth, add chili, sprinkle with salt, cover and cook on medium heat until tender.

Almonds coarsely chop.

Raisins if necessary, fill with boiling water and drained it. Add to prepared rice.
