Pork in Apple sauce with rice
The combination of ingredients in this recipe are very harmonious. Rice bubble mix goes well with pork chops and apples, and a sauce that has a multi-faceted, full-bodied taste perfectly complements the dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    6 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple juice

    250 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Figure

    1 cup

Cooking

Rice pour two cups of water and bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat, cook for 30-35 minutes.

Pork to beat off. Salt and pepper to taste.

In a small saucepan over low heat dissolve the honey, mustard and vinegar. Add corn starch or corn flour, knead to appear lumps.

Stirring with a whisk slowly pour in the Apple juice and boil until thick.

Pork fry on both sides on the grill pan.

The apples remove the core and cut into slices. In a pan melt the butter and sauté the apples until soft.
