Oatmeal pancakes with raisins and cinnamon
Fluffy and flavorful pancakes. Add to the dough cereal enriches their beneficial fiber and fills you with energy that you need for a good Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    700 g

  • Wheat flakes

    40 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Serum

    150 ml

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla essence

  • Raisins

    1.5 handful

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

Cooking

Shredded oat flakes, millet and poured into a bowl.

Poured milk, whey, added the flour, sugar, salt, soda, citric acid and stirred the dough.

Broke the egg, poured oil, put the cinnamon, added 2 drops of essence and again carefully mix the dough.

Pancakes fried in a pan with oil.

Test for each pancake pour three tablespoons. On top put raisins. The pancakes turned out soft and flavorful.
