Oatmeal diet gingerbread
This gingerbread - improvisation on motives lean coffee gingerbread cook Aloris (huge thanks to her!). From the original recipe left the water and instant coffee. That's why I decided to put the recipe. Vegetable cakes are delicious. In this I am once again convinced.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Rye flour

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Molasses

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cranberry

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

To brew coffee in boiling water. Add molasses and sugar. Dissolve.

Add cereal, dried cranberries. Mix well.

Add the flour (both kinds) and baking powder.

Pour in vegetable oil. Mix well.

Form grease with oil. Put the dough and flatten. Put in the preheated oven. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.

Gingerbread to cool a little in Torme, then on the grill. Chilled gingerbread sprinkle with powdered sugar.
