Description
Filling kvass can be very diverse. I suggest you prepare envelopes with a hearty cabbage-potato stuffing.

Cooking
To chop the cabbage. From potatoes to cook mashed potatoes (vegetable).
Apple peel, grate on a coarse grater. Onions and parsley chop.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the cabbage and Apple. Pour soy sauce (I TM Kikkoman), sauté for 3 minutes, then simmer 10-15 minutes (until soft cabbage).
In mashed potatoes add the chopped parsley and steamed vegetables. Such an interesting color to the stuffing gave soy sauce.
Yeast dough is cut into squares in the center put the stuffing, the ends of the squares to freeze. Bake at 180 deg for 15-20 min.
