The finest chocolate pancakes with sweet cottage cheese filling - what could be tastier? No doubt they will appeal to both adults and children.

Cooking
For pancakes 1 tablespoon sugar dissolved in 150 ml of warm milk together with yeast. Stir ingredients. Leave them for 10 minutes.
In yeast I always use instant dry yeast "SAF-MOMENT".
In another bowl, whisk the sugar with the salt and eggs.
Pour in the melted butter to the egg mixture along with the yeast, add the cocoa powder. Stir until uniform consistency. Then, sift the flour and knead the dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Lubricate the pan with oil and bake the pancakes until done.
For the filling, whisk the cottage cheese with vanilla sugar and cream.
Add candied fruit and mix.
Each pancake fold in half. On the edge put the stuffing.
