Spelt pancakes with peanut sauce
Have you ever tried pancakes made with spelt? I'm dealing with this flour for the first time! I finally caught this is the most useful for health and figure, flour. It has a special nutty flavor and the peanut sauce accentuates and complements it. It is very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 handful

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Do infuse. Warm milk 30-40 degrees, add sugar and yeast SAF-moment. Often bake bread and this yeast have never been let down!

Add the flour, stir and put for 30 minutes in a warm place, covered with a towel. I heated the oven to 50 degrees and turn off, and then put the dough to come.

In the finished dough add the egg, salt, sunflower oil and stir.

Next, add the flour and warm milk 200 ml or 250 ml can, depending on your desired consistency. Let the dough 10 minutes to stand.

Pan greased with sunflower oil and bake the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side. I greased the pan only once in the beginning. Ready pancakes grease with butter.

Because of the properties of flour and the consistency of the dough, pancakes it is better to do large, to avoid rupture while turning. Pancakes are obtained thin not.

The nuts dry on a dry pan, cool and grind in the processor.

Now add the honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, 2 tbsp of yogurt. Mix everything in the processor. Yogurt after whipping becomes liquid, so thick, add another spoonful of yogurt and no whip. The sauce is ready.
