Corn-wheat pancakes with strawberries
Very tasty and tender thin pancakes in a festive a La carte serve with the strawberries!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Corn flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Strawberry

  • Jam

Both types of flour to sift. Beat eggs to a froth with sugar and salt.

Add the milk, yeast, flour, knead the batter and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Taposiris and the dough will rise.
