Cooking
Prepare the products.
Apricots washed. Put in a Cup and pour with hot water. Leave for 10 minutes.
Boil 1 bag of millet. I use wheat bags TM "Mistral". Let cool slightly.
Melim dried apricots cut into cubes.
Put in a Cup of boiled millet, cottage cheese, chopped dried apricots and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Stir. Filling for the pie is ready.
We now proceed to the preparation of the test. In a Cup put the butter and sugar. Salt. Whisk with a blender or mixer.
Add 2 eggs, baking powder, vanilla. Well whisk.
In form, the laid parchment, spread half of the dough. Evenly distributed.
Put on the dough cooked stuffing. Distribute evenly with a spoon.
On top of the filling, spread remaining dough. Distribute evenly with a spoon.
Put the form in preheated oven.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. (To cake is not burnt, you can cover it with parchment.)
The finished cake cools. Lubricated with jam (in my case, apricot), decorate. Served.
