Bagels on the brew
These bagels are perfect for Breakfast or for lunch to the soup, also you can take them with you on the road or camping. Help yourselves, friends!

Ingredients

  • Brew

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Flax seeds

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    360 g

First prepare the dough. For this brew to heat until warm, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Pour the yeast mixture in a deep bowl, add the egg yolk and flax seeds, mix well.

Then add cheese, cut into small cubes.

Next we have the herbs and oil. In the end add the sifted flour.

Knead the dough, roll it into a ball and transfer to a clean bowl. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

For an hour the dough is well approached. Now pinch off from the dough small balls, roll out a sausage of them, joined the ends.

And put in a waffle iron. Cook until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
