Cooking
To prepare the filling using the rice "bubble mix" from the Mistral.
Bag with rice to throw into boiling salted water and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Pull out the bag of rice out of the water to drain, put the rice in a bowl and leave to cool.
To prepare the dough for pancakes. Mix rice water with milk, add salt and sugar stir until dissolved, then add the eggs and vegetable oil and whisk. Gradually podsypaya sifted flour knead the dough for pancakes.

Serve pancakes with sour cream sauce.
