Cooking
First make the stuffing. Rice in a bag, boil in water (water to replace milk), give to drain the water, add a teaspoon of butter. And let the rice cool.
To the cooled rice add the egg, sour cream, coconut, honey, zest.
For the dough, combine the butter, yolks and sour cream.
Add the flour, it may need a little more. The dough is better to knead by hand.
The dough roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator.
Raisins to soak to become soft. Then add to it the honey and cinnamon.
With halves of apples remove the skin, gently with a spoon to make a round hole.
Fill apples with stuffing.
Divide the dough into two parts, a big roll out. On a greased sheet, place the dough on the apples down a notch.
Between the apples, put the rice stuffing.
Cover top with the other half of the dough. Grease yolk, sprinkle the top with sugar crystals and bake at 160-170 degrees.
After 30-40 minutes the cake is ready.
