Chicken cutlets with tarragon
Love to cook chicken burgers with different additives. Every time a new taste. These flavorful cakes are ideal for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    300 g

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Green onions

  • Tarragon

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

1. Meat grind in a meat grinder. Bacon cut into small dice. Mix.

2. The herbs and garlic finely chop. Add in the minced meat, add soy sauce, ginger and pepper. Minced knead well and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
