Cooking
Prepare the products.
Pumpkin grate on a fine grater.
Measure out the required amount of semolina. Fill it with hot water and stir.
In a Cup place the pumpkin, sugar, salt, honey and "slurry" from semolina. Add lemon juice.
Mass mix well and divide into 2 parts. In one part add the vegetable oil, the second melted butter.
Added to both masses the sifted flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough. Put in plastic bags ( so as not to confuse where lean/nepolnoe the dough, I signed the bags) and put them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Take out the dough from the freezer. Osipyan piece of dough, make a "ball" and spread on parchment on a baking sheet. Thus filled the entire pan. Then lightly press with a fork each "ball" and sprinkle with chopped almonds and sugar. Is a lean version of the cookie.
Similarly nepolnoe make cookies, but only sprinkle with almonds.
Both versions of the future cookies.
Put the pan in the preheated oven. Bake cookies 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Cool.
