Pikeperch in onion batter
Easy and simple dish. Tender fish coated in delicious batter.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

Cooking

Take fish fillets.

Cut into pieces a La carte. Salt, pepper

Finely chop the onion

Prepare the batter: mix the milk, egg and flour. Whisk well, add the onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Each piece dip in batter and put on pan. Fry one side on high heat, flip, cover and cook until tender. Ready pieces lay out on a paper towel (to absorb excess oil)
