Mussels with tomato and garlic
I want to present this amazingly simple and amazingly delicious recipe of mussels. Mussels are just divine and served with pasta-pasta

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    450 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    300 g

  • Wine white semi-dry

    100 ml

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Saffron

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Onion peeled and chopped (I only had 1.5 shalott onions, I added to it a little white part of the leek), garlic chopped and fry all lightly in olive oil 1 min.

I had frozen mussels, with a net mass of 450 g. a Few times I bought mixed frozen seafood sets, they mussels were cleaned, tiny and tasteful sprat... Until recently mussels I didn't like and didn't understand. Surprised how people, especially my husband, can eat that.. and When I finally tried the mussels sold in shells, my surprise was not the limit.. it Turns out, clams are very large, and their meat is similar to crab... And it's very, very tasty! :-)

Frozen (or fresh) mussels without defrosting put to the onions and garlic. Add the wine, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. At the same time put on to cook pasta (pasta)

Finely chop the parsley, add the mussels and mashed (I problemlerine) tomatoes and saffron. Bring to the boil and cook for another 1-2 min.

When the dish is ready, all the mussels should open. Those shells that have not opened, discard immediately. In this sense, we are very lucky, we found an honest and responsible manufacturer, all mussels are opened and each of us was waiting for a huge clam. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper.

Toss immediately with pasta and serve immediately!
