Cooking
Buckwheat TM "Mistral" grind in a coffee grinder into flour.
Buckwheat and wheat flour sift with baking powder, add cinnamon, mix well.
Bananas peel and mash with a fork.
To the bananas add the honey, egg, vegetable oil, mix well.
Add candied fruit, nuts, shredded chocolate and pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
Put the dough in batch form (or round, diameter 24 cm.)
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
If desired, decorate with chocolate frosting (half of the chocolate melt in a water bath with the addition of 2 tbsp of milk) and candied fruit.
