Cooking
Rice, I have Indica gold from Mistral, pour in boiling water.
Boil until almost cooked, about 20-25 minutes (after 15 minutes add salt).
Cashew nuts fried in vegetable oil.
Add boiled rice, mix well.
Add the lemon zest and diluted in a small amount of hot water turmeric powder, mix well.
Cumin, Bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Add lemon juice, stir, remove from heat.
Put it on plates, garnish with parsley.
