Lemon rice with cashews
Fragrant, crisp rice with lemon, sesame seeds and cashews. In the dish there is vegetable protein that is so necessary in post. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Cashews

    50 g

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    0.25 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

Cooking

Rice, I have Indica gold from Mistral, pour in boiling water.

Boil until almost cooked, about 20-25 minutes (after 15 minutes add salt).

Then rinse.

Cashew nuts fried in vegetable oil.

Add boiled rice, mix well.

Add the lemon zest and diluted in a small amount of hot water turmeric powder, mix well.
