Saj kavurma-meat in Turkish
Sac kavurma - Anatolian dish, cooked in a pan sac (saj). Hence the name of the dish. I have this special pan is not, so prepare in normal.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare the meat the night or morning. To begin cut the meat into strips 2-3 cm by 0.5 cm.

Added to meat, vegetable oil and milk, salt and black pepper and a little thyme. Mix well. Put in the refrigerator.

Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. The release of seeds from the pepper and also finely dice.
