Cooking
Prepare the meat the night or morning. To begin cut the meat into strips 2-3 cm by 0.5 cm.
Added to meat, vegetable oil and milk, salt and black pepper and a little thyme. Mix well. Put in the refrigerator.
Peel the onion and garlic finely chop.
Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. The release of seeds from the pepper and also finely dice.
Melt the butter, add the meat and fry on high heat.
When the meat water is almost evaporated, add the onion and garlic. Mix well, simmer on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes (if necessary, add a little water).
Add pepper, continue to cook over high heat, stirring 3 minutes.
Then add tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, optional you can add the thyme. You can also add tomato paste 0.5 St. l. + water.
Stir, close the lid, simmer on low heat until the almost complete disappearance of the liquid.
