Wanted to try a variation of eggs. It was very interesting — crispy and airy. And in embodiment is much simpler than it seems. Perfect for a romantic Breakfast with a Cup of coffee in bed=)
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Eggs room temperature separated from the yolks. Each yolk put in a separate Cup.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
For sockets I prepared molds made from foil, they should be lubricated. The original recipe nest perfectly formed and without form.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt in a dense mass to the peaks. Important: the Cup and the nozzle of the mixer must be completely dry.
Put proteins in the form of a ball and make a deepening in the middle with a spoon. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the centre the yolks. Place in oven preheated to 230 gr. on 6 minutes.
