Festive bread
Easy to prepare, delicious and with beautiful, festive molding - this bread will take its rightful place on the Easter table.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

Mix in a Cup of flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Add warm milk, eggs, vegetable oil and lemon juice.

Knead the dough and covering it with a towel or foil and leave for an hour in a warm place.

Divide the dough in half, then 2 more times. You should get 8 pieces. Roll out each piece of the pancakes and smear them with melted butter.

Fold the pancakes in 2, oil inside, and roll them into tubes. All you should get 4 tubes. Each tube cut edge (this will be our Central bread roses), and then the center cut into 4 triangles (these will be the edges of the bread). Grease the molds with oil and place in the center of roses.

And the edges spread out triangles. Cover the tin and leave for 10 minutes for proofing. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Brush the dough with remaining butter and submit the form in the oven for 30 minutes.
