Description

Curry with beans
Dish of Indian cuisine. Hot, spicy, and especially delicious on colder days.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    1.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Fry 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds for 2 minutes. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Sauté 5 minutes.

Add 1 tsp. of cumin, coriander, chili, salt. Fry for another 5 minutes.

Tomatoes remove skin, slice with a knife or grate. Add the spices and sauté 5 minutes.

Add the beans and chopped cilantro. If the liquid from the tomato is not sufficient, add a little water. Simmer for 15 minutes. If you use canned beans, you need pre-boil.
