Sweet crumbly pastry dough with cherry yogurt and jam, decorated with delicate whipped cream

Ingredients

  • Flour

    340 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    3 g

  • Yogurt

    50 g

  • Jam

    50 g

  • The lime zest

    0.5 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

In the sifted flour add baking powder, then you need to put softened butter, sugar, egg, salt and zest

Quickly knead the dough

Roll out with a thickness of 5-6 mm and using iron molds cut circles

Spread the batter into paper baking tins and lightly pressed. Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Cool baskets

Jelly:gelatin dilute in hot water, let cool, then gradually introduced into the yogurt and put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes

Now in baskets blend a little jam and top with a yoghurt layer, leave the baskets in the fridge for 40 minutes

Decorate with whipped cream. For the cream :beat chilled cream and lush foam, gradually adding powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
