A kind of dress rehearsal for the two holidays. The fact that the 9th of may at my grandfather's birthday. And then there's the jubilee year of VICTORY. Yes, and competition. Put on your court, for the contest "the 10 components of Victory."

RUB the chicken with spices (to your taste) and set aside.
And start to prepare the filling: cut into cubes eggplant,
Carrots,
Pepper
And tomatoes.
In a pan fry the carrots for 3 minutes.
Add to the eggplant and 3 minutes fry.
There also send the tomatoes and peppers,
And slices of pineapple, pour soy sauce (I poured 2 tbsp) and simmer until cooked tomatoes.
Stuff chicken with stuffing,
Skalyvaniem toothpick and into the oven an hour and a half.
Put the finished chicken on a dish, and around the rest of the filling.
