Chicken cutlets with peas
Delicious patties with cheese and vegetable filling

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

To make the filling. Boil the peas for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, grind in a blender. Grate cheese on a medium grater. Pea puree mixed with cheese and mayonnaise.

Minced chicken mixed with egg and breadcrumbs.

The resulting mixture to form a pellet with a hollow in the centre. In deepening put 1 tsp of the stuffing and form patties.

Fry in vegetable oil on a hot griddle until Golden brown, turning occasionally.
