Cannelloni with salmon and spinach
Pasta rolls with interesting fillings.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Pasta

    15 piece

  • Spinach

    0.25 pack

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Salmon cut into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Spinach, without unfreezing, fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes (until all the liquid is evaporated), salt. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Roasted salmon grind in a blender. To it add the sour cream and carefully whisk.

To connect salmon-sour cream mixture with cheese and spinach, mix well. If necessary, add salt.

To make the sauce. Melt the butter, mix with it the flour and fry for 2 minutes. Add cream and, stirring, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until until the sauce thickens.

Fill the tubes with the sauce. It needs to cover them. Preheat the oven to 200, bake for 30 minutes.
